Who counts toward the people limit?

Every enabled account in your organization, whether a viewer, a builder or an admin. Deactivated people and guests don't count.

What counts as an update?

Each version you submit that we accept, including one that security scanning rejects. Creating an app, retrying the deployment of a version that was already scanned, and republishing an earlier version are free.

What counts as Public transfer?

All traffic to apps marked Public, from anyone, signed in or not. Internal and Private apps have no transfer charge.

What happens when we reach a limit?

Adding a person or an app past your plan's cap is blocked, and your admins are told. Updates and transfer past your allowance draw from your prepaid usage balance instead.

Do we need a card on Free?

Only to make an app Public, because Public traffic can go over the allowance. Internal and Private apps on Free need no payment method. Traffic that arrives before a paused app stops is billed.

Can we switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. Moving to annual applies right away, with the unused part of your month credited. Moving to monthly starts when your paid year ends.

Is this final pricing?

Free's limits are set. Paid prices and allowances are early pricing and may change at launch.
